About The Position

Round Hill Country Club is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant to join their Facilities Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in their work. The attendant will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the clubhouse and recreational facilities, directly contributing to the exceptional experience members enjoy. The role involves a variety of tasks, from preparing the pool to maintaining bocce courts, setting up for events, completing repairs, and ensuring the clubhouse and locker rooms are spotless.

Requirements

Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
Enjoys working independently and staying productive.
Willing to learn pool maintenance and water chemistry.
Can safely lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Can climb ladders, use stairs, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Has experience using basic hand and power tools for minor repairs.
Comfortable working around members, families, children, and locker room areas while maintaining professionalism.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
Maintains a positive attitude and works well as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous custodial, maintenance, janitorial, or facilities experience.
