Position Summary : The Clubhouse Director oversees all aspects of program operations through the implementation of the International Standards of Clubhouse Programs and the Psychiatric Rehabilitation licensing requirements. The Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, staff supervision, quality programming, community partnerships, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the site reflects the mission, values, and high standards of Goodwill. This role is expected to support the Human Services Division leadership as a representative of both Goodwill and the Clubhouse and by serving as the conduit between the Clubhouse and the agency’s support departments, including Facilities & Maintenance, Marketing & Development, Risk Management, Financial Services, People Services, and more to ensure integrated operations and excellent service delivery.
