Overview Assist the Program Director in managing the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a Clubhouse. Supervise staff and collaborate with persons served, guardians and other providers. Promote the membership’s progress in their Action Plan goals and contribution to the Clubhouse’s operation. Promote adherence to quality standards and regulations as set forth by the funding sources. Anticipate and positively react to operational and administrative issues from members and community constituents. Responsibilities Perform other related duties, as required. Under the direction of Program Director, manage the activities of some Clubhouse staff including involvement in hiring, orientation, scheduling, training, and evaluating staff. Conduct regular staff meetings. Ensure staff is trained on all necessary plans, procedures and practices. Help direct implementation plans for meeting Clubhouse goals and objectives. Assist in the supervision and direction of staff. Schedule specific training as required. Provide staff with new and updated policies, directives and program systems. Act as liaison to prospective members as assigned - arrange and perform intake procedures, conduct initial assessments. Responsible for oversight and leadership of one work area; provide guidance and supervision to other work area staff and members. Monitor the quality and timely completion of all Action Plans. Help members develop and implement their Action Plans as assigned. Ensure program’s compliance with all internal quality and external regulations and certification standards, as well as Clubhouse specific policies and procedures. May participate in Vinfen and/or funding agency committees as requested. Attends other Vinfen and funding agency meetings as requested. Serve as a resource for family and friends of members, neighbors, public officials, and other providers. Monitors all Clubhouse functions including staffing, management decisions and emergencies in Program Director’s absence. Manage adverse events; ensure plans and corrective actions are implemented and reported. Provide crisis intervention and on-call back up coverage. Perform other related duties, as required.
