The Director of Clubhouse Operations reports directly to the General Manager (COO) and provides high-level oversight for the entirety of the Food and Beverage Operation and the entirety of the Clubhouse Operation to include Aquatics, Youth Programming, and Housekeeping. This position focuses on the strategic execution of the clubhouse’s overall vision, ensuring seamless interconnection between departments. The Director ensures that all operational leaders adhere to the standards set by the Club, the General Manager (COO), and the Board of Directors, while actively developing managers into stronger operators.
