About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast Server to join their team. This role focuses on creating a welcoming start to members' days in an upscale, luxury dining environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building member relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering consistently exceptional service. The season primarily runs from October through May, during the Club’s busiest months. Breakfast service begins at 7 am and lunch service ends at 3 pm.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card required
• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environment required
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to confidently speak to selections and make recommendations to members and guests
• Demonstrated experience with proper wine service required, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards
• Polished, professional presence with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required
