About The Position

The Club Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that members and their guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service, creating a consistently positive experience. The role involves fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that strengthens relationships between members and staff. Additionally, the supervisor will manage club and ski storage operations, ensuring that members feel confident in the club’s ability to provide unparalleled service and support. This position reports to the Club Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in hospitality or private club operations in a guest-facing environment required
  • Knowledge of ski equipment handling, storage, and maintenance
  • Understanding of club operations and member services
  • Familiarity with inventory management for food, beverages, and member items
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish for effective communication with diverse clientele
  • Ability to manage member equipment needs and anticipate requests
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be proactive in addressing member concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • Ability to be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
  • Regularly work in adverse conditions and requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in a leadership or peer support role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise club attendants and ensure adherence to service protocols and procedures
  • Engage directly with members and guests, providing top-level service
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, including reporting to management on staff and member matters
  • Organize and manage member/guest ski and board equipment at proper launch points
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, stored properly, and accounted for at the end of each shift
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the team regarding member/guest needs
  • Participate in the upkeep of the ski back trail, club entrance, valet lounge, and storage areas
  • Report any equipment issues or concerns to management promptly
  • Monitor club communication tools to track member arrival times and ensure timely equipment delivery
  • Stay informed about daily and upcoming club programming, functions, and schedules
  • Assist members and guests in the locker rooms, ensuring seamless service across entry points
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for all members and guests at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
