About The Position

The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices. This role involves welcoming patrons, accepting and processing orders, relaying them to the kitchen, assembling and serving orders, and assisting patrons with carrying items. The server is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service, monitoring product availability, adhering to food safety guidelines, ensuring equipment functionality, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of relevant experience
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Organized and attentive to detail
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required to obtain a passing score on Serve Safe training
Required to obtain a passing score on TEAMs training

Responsibilities

Welcome patrons as they arrive.
Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.
Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.
Assemble orders and serve to patrons.
As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.
Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.
Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
