Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns. Program Summary Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st – August 14th Site Visits Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership Skills Workshops Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO Final projects and presentations Engagement events Job Summary Investigate assigned operational club processes to uncover improvements opportunities. Support the implementation of ongoing automation deployments and implementations. Investigate new ways data can be used to positively impact the business. Own and design new process within club network utilizing automation. Qualifications Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc. Preferred majors: Computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of common coding languages and data visualization tools is a plus. Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn. Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks. Collaborative and able to influence without authority. Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Requirements

• Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
