Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns. Program Summary Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2025 Dates: June 2nd – August 15th Site Visits Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership Skills Workshops Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO Final projects and presentations Engagement events Job Summary Monitor metrics & dashboards for BJ’s fueling stations to track equipment health status, alarms, and performance. Review and analyze data outputs to identify & react to trends in dispenser uptime, fuel flow, and equipment health. Assist in developing weekly and monthly reports on fuel system performance, service calls, and vendor response times. Help compare performance across clubs to highlight best practices and underperforming locations. Partner with Fuel Operations leadership to recommend preventive maintenance actions based on analytical insights. Contribute to creation of standard processes and dashboards to improve how BJ’s leverages data analytics. Occasional travel

Requirements

• Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.
• Interested in retail with demonstrated competency in business and quantitatively inclined.
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
• Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
• Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred majors: Analytics, Operations/Logistics, Business or Natural Sciences.

Responsibilities
