We're looking for a passionate, driven, and people-focused Club Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and create an exceptional member experience. Position Summary The Club Manager is responsible for leading overall club performance through membership and personal training sales, member retention, team leadership, and daily operations. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a sales-focused environment, and enjoys building meaningful relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, an effective leader, and a positive ambassador for the Anytime Fitness brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • High level of integrity, authenticity, and accountability
  • Self-motivation and strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfort using technology and various software platforms
  • Availability to work a consistent schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire others

  • Fitness industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new memberships and personal training revenue through lead generation, prospect outreach, and in-person consultations
  • Build rapport with prospective members to understand their goals, challenges, and motivations
  • Present customized solutions that help individuals achieve their health and fitness objectives
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to increase brand awareness
  • Execute local marketing initiatives, community events, and corporate campaigns
  • Serve as a positive representative of the Anytime Fitness brand both inside and outside the club
  • Recruit, motivate, and support team members in achieving individual and club goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture
  • Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing development opportunities for staff
  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Monitor club performance through reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Create an engaging and supportive club atmosphere
  • Build strong relationships that encourage member retention, referrals, and long-term success
