About The Position

The Club Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the club, driving membership and personal training revenue through coaching and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role involves sales, marketing execution, member experience management, financial administration, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead a team, self-starter.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred. Ability to obtain certifications is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Personal Training Certification a plus.
• 1-3 years of Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Review the daily sales process with club managers to drive sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including community outreach and involvement.
• Post on club’s social media accounts to enhance engagement, community, and culture.
• Focus on member experience, including proper follow-up to members and prospects.
• Actively review and ensure follow-up on delinquencies and collect on delinquent member accounts.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to club members.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Perform weekly bank deposits, till counts, and inventory counts.
• Help prevent cancellations and cancel or freeze memberships as necessary.
• Audit Personal Training and Client tracking.
• Review and approve time off requests and timecards on a weekly basis.
• Review and analyze club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
• Grow and sustain a Personal Training department, including providing training sessions as needed.
• Attend regular weekly/monthly meetings and training opportunities.
• Review and maintain KPIs for the club.
• Support the development of the team by leading meetings, setting goals, and completing performance evaluations.
• Partner with the Lead Manager or Regional Manager to ensure club success.
