About The Position

Join our team at Planet Fitness as a Club Manager! We are looking for a leader interested in fitness and wellness to help us provide a superior level of customer service, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" experience for members, prospective members, and guests. We value friendliness and cleanliness, so a positive, upbeat attitude is essential. Basic computer proficiency and frequent physical activity are required. As Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing gym operations to ensure an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience and a financially successful club. You will lead a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner, providing continuous assistance in employee training and development.

Requirements

Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry
Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred
Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.
Strong problem resolution skills
Current CPR Certification recommended
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be punctual
Must have the ability to be constantly on call on an immediate as needed basis

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and customers.
Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines.
Provide 1 service.
Keep clubs spotlessly clean.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing club Team Members.
