The Club Manager is a full-time, salaried leadership role reporting directly to the Club Director. This position oversees key clubhouse operations, including the locker room, banquet services, pool, facilities maintenance, and housekeeping. In the absence of the Club Director, the Club Manager serves as the acting manager on duty. The Club Manager is expected to be on the property 4–5 days per week to ensure operational excellence and member satisfaction. A critical aspect of this role is cross-departmental collaboration. The Club Manager partners closely with teams such as Food & Beverage, valet, ski school, front desk, concierge, and engineering to deliver the elevated luxury experience our Members expect. This role plays a vital part in shaping The Kindred Club’s vision of mountain hospitality in Summit County—blending adventure, community, and five-star service.
