We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our recently remodeled Grand Ave Anytime Fitness club in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fitness brand and manage a beautiful, fully updated facility in an outstanding location. About the Club Our Grand Ave St. Paul club has recently undergone a complete remodel and looks fantastic. With modern equipment, upgraded amenities, and a highly visible location, the club is positioned for continued growth and success. We're looking for a manager who can capitalize on this momentum and take the club to the next level.
Requirements
- Previous sales, fitness, retail, hospitality, or management experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and revenue growth through lead generation, community outreach, and sales presentations
- Deliver an exceptional member experience and maintain a welcoming club environment
- Manage day-to-day club operations
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff and personal trainers
- Monitor club performance and key business metrics
- Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Handle member concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure the club is clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards
- Support retention efforts and member engagement initiatives
