This position involves completing opening and closing duties, which include setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises. The attendant will also be responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and removing soiled wares from the bar top and tables. Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of work areas, the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools according to set-up guidelines is also a key part of the role. The attendant must follow all company and safety/security policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. A professional appearance and adherence to company standards for guest interaction, including anticipating needs and assisting guests with disabilities, are expected. The role requires clear communication, positive working relationships, and adherence to quality standards. The job also involves reading and visually verifying information, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and manipulating objects up to 50 pounds. Moving over various surfaces and performing tasks like reaching, bending, and twisting are also part of the job duties, along with any other reasonable tasks requested by supervisors.
