About The Position

The Club Level Attendant is responsible for completing closing duties, which include storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. The role also involves setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. The attendant must follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training and certifications. Additionally, they must ensure their uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. The role requires welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, speaking with others using clear and professional language, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees are also key aspects of the position. The attendant must ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, read and visually verify information in various formats, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also necessary. The role may involve performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
