About The Position
The primary function of the Athletic Club Attendant is to monitor inventory to ensure linens are stocked and available. Maintain the cleanliness of the Athletic Club complex in a safe, clean and attractive condition. Help maintain the flow of the clean linens for the Club, while operating safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to perform all laundry and Athletic Club tasks at or above standards.
- Ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to stand entire shift (not including scheduled breaks).
- Ability to reach overhead and into laundry and drying machines.
- Ability to bend, kneel, twist and squat frequently.
- Ability to push and pull up to 60 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Adequate physical agility to perform the cleaning and laundry duties in the GHS Athletic Club.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years’ experience in laundry/housekeeping or in the hospitality industry.
