We're opening a brand new Sam's Club in Baytown, Texas, and we're looking for a Club Enablement Lead who is member obsessed, hands on, and ready to help build something from the ground up. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment with the unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new location from day one.

Requirements

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Enable club readiness and support leaders and associates through the new club launch.
• Serve as the go-to resource for club processes, systems, and onboarding.
• Champion digital tools and training adoption across the club.
• Own launch task execution, readiness tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of the new club team.
• Collaborate across teams to drive launch readiness.
• Use data to track progress and flag risks.
• Model company values and the Open Door Policy.
