Club Director
About The Position
We're looking for a Club Director who wants to be that person while leading a Club where teens can belong, have fun, try new things, and be themselves. As Club Director, you'll lead the staff and daily operations that make it all possible. You'll coach and develop your team, keep programs moving, build relationships with families and community partners, and create a safe, welcoming place teens actually want to be. We're looking for someone who can be a mentor, supporter, and cheerleader - while knowing when a teen needs a little extra push. Someone who celebrates the wins, helps teens recognize their strengths, and shows up consistently.
Requirements
- Experience working in youth development, school-age, early learning, or a related setting.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Experience supporting program operations.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Meet or be able to meet Washington State DCYF Site Leader or Center Program Supervisor requirements.
