About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and helps guests understand the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and carries out account servicing and CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

The associate supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience, promotes CLUB membership, performs member account services, demonstrates products, and helps meet individual and store goals. The position also maintains CLUB inventory and the cleanliness and organization of the CLUB Booth, provides accurate and timely feedback and reports, and serves other store areas as business needs require.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide CLUB Member services, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Offer peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service in other areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
