The Four Seasons Maui at Wailea is an oceanfront resort offering elevated luxury and the spirit of Aloha. The Club Concierge role is responsible for assisting guests of the exclusive Club Lounge with arrangements both within and outside the resort. This includes preparing buffets, providing food and beverage service, and responding to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. This position is part of the Rooms Division and reports to the Concierge Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

Requires a working knowledge of the Concierge aspect of Four Seasons services, policies, and Resort operations.
Requires working knowledge of activities and points of interest.
Requires keyboarding and computer skills.
Able to read and speak English.
Prior food and beverage experience required.

Responsibilities

Set-up and breakdown food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, serve and bus during all food services.
Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
Know, communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area, ie. theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests.
