About The Position
The Pfister Hotel is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join their team as a Club Attendant. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premier luxury hotel environment. The Pfister Hotel, built in 1893, has a long-standing reputation for gracious service and impeccable style, holding AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years. The Club Attendant will be responsible for welcoming guests to the Club Lounge, responding to their needs, and creating a warm, personalized hospitality experience. This includes preparing and maintaining food and beverage offerings, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the lounge, and providing guests with hotel information and local recommendations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, customer service, or a luxury hotel environment preferred.
- Outstanding guest service skills with the ability to create personalized experiences and maintain a warm, professional, and polished presence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, leadership, and team members.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks such as setting up, replenishing, and clearing food and beverage stations.
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of Club Lounge operations and guest needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming Club Lounge guests, responding to requests, and creating a warm, personalized hospitality experience.
- Prepare, replenish, and maintain food and beverage offerings throughout service periods, ensuring quality presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Monitor lounge cleanliness and organization, including dining areas, buffet stations, beverage displays, and seating areas to maintain a polished and inviting environment.
- Assist guests with hotel information, local recommendations, and concierge-style services while resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
