About The Position

The Club Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and facility standards of the club throughout their shift. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks in locker rooms, gym floors, posing rooms, and common spaces, as well as ensuring a positive member experience. The attendant will follow specific cleaning rotations, deep clean cadences, and operational procedures, while also completing assigned training modules.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Custodial, facilities, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and personal work standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time across a rotation-based shift.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Perform repetitive cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Lift up to 45 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Maintain the club's cleanliness standards for the entirety of every shift.
Complete hourly locker room deep standard checks and restocking in men's and women's locker rooms.
Perform a full locker room clean at the beginning or end of the shift.
Maintain the gym floor, posing room, and all common spaces to facility standards.
Execute time-of-day specific secondary assignments including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, clearing debris, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash cans, dusting and wiping equipment, and completing assigned cleaning schedules.
Follow manager priority instructions for the day.
Rotate through Weekly and Monthly Deep Clean zones per the Deep Clean Cadence Schedule.
Address high-touch surfaces and detail work.
Flag maintenance or repair needs to the General Manager.
Greet every member encountered while performing cleaning duties.
Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere consistent with AR's Four Pillars.
Follow all cleaning rotations, deep clean cadences, and facility procedures.
Adhere to all safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
Complete AR University training modules as assigned.
