Requirements

2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience (private club, resort, luxury hotel, restaurant, or event service preferred)
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
Professional appearance and polished presence
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications preferred

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver Elevated Member Experiences: Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating an immediate sense of belonging. Recognize member preferences whenever possible and anticipate needs with thoughtful, personalized service. Ensure every interaction reflects Tamarack’s private club service standards.
Bring Signature Events to Life: Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of club events with precision and care. Execute event details seamlessly by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and leadership direction. Monitor event flow and proactively respond to member needs throughout each experience.
Maintain an Impeccable Club Environment: Ensure all club spaces remain polished, organized, and member-ready at all times. Perform light housekeeping and space resets to uphold luxury presentation standards. Take ownership of details that elevate the overall member experience.
Support Operational Excellence: Work collaboratively with Club and Event Managers to ensure flawless execution. Stay proactive and self-directed, identifying opportunities to improve service and support the team. Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure.
