Enterprise - Cloud Systems Administrator - Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
About The Position
Erias Ventures is seeking a Cloud System Administrator with expertise in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes to join a team that vets and onboards DIB companies. This role involves performing basic Linux tasks, installing software, understanding containerization technologies, and gathering system status. The position may allow for partial telework and requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance. Candidates cannot be sponsored for a government security clearance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large Hadoop clusters and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, though equivalent experience may be substituted.
Requirements
- Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- Five (5) years of experience managing and monitoring large Hadoop clusters (>200 nodes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements.
- Experience with Linux.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Traefik.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic Linux tasks including SSH for remote connections.
- Install software in Linux environments (RPM, YUM).
- Understand and work with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Utilize Traefik for services.
- Gather status from Linux machines.
- Vet and onboard DIB companies with CCC Partnerships Team services.
