About The Position

Oversee the company's Cloud Initiatives and Application Development, managing the architecture and infrastructure for Product and Matrix teams while directing projects that utilize cloud-native, low-code/no-code platforms, mobile app development, and application integration. Lead cloud infrastructure development using IaaS and PaaS platforms. Manage the day-to-day operations of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, Product teams, and business stakeholders to address technology needs and opportunities. Drive cloud optimization initiatives, focusing on cost-efficiency, performance, and security. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or platforms aligned with business goals. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or any engineering field with 4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 2 plus years of management experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of experience in software engineering, application development or relevant IT experience and 4 plus years management experience

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, i.e., AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, low code/no code platforms, and mobile app development
• Expertise in DevOps and agile methodologies with strong continuous improvement mindset
• Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment of food/beverage products
