About The Position

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS), an IT and management consulting business serving U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients, is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to support an air-gapped standalone network providing enterprise application functions to approximately 3,000 users. The role applies enterprise architecture and engineering expertise to support the Chief Architect in modernizing the program’s IT stack, including secure phone systems, networks, internet-facing systems, and platform architecture. The architect will independently develop decision-quality architecture products and support an enterprise ServiceNow platform. The position is onsite in Springfield, Virginia, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and U.S. citizenship. The architect will assess current systems and technologies, identify modernization and optimization opportunities, and develop recommendations and architecture roadmaps. The role also develops and maintains architecture products, supports governance and decision-making, coordinates with engineering teams and stakeholders, and communicates recommendations and costs to leadership. ServiceNow responsibilities include workflow and catalog development, process design, testing, training, and support for authorization and assessment processes.
