About The Position
The Cloud Solutions Architect - Senior will be responsible for developing strategies for cloud-based platforms, translating business needs into long-term architecture solutions, and developing and designing solutions by evaluating multiple software platforms and integrating systems. This role requires the ability to design automation for cloud resources using DevOps best practices. The architect will act as the highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms, and will be responsible for project completion. Additionally, the role involves performing feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management and may lead a large development team in the design of highly complex software systems.
Requirements
- 4yrs Bachelor degree required
- TS clearance required
- Minimum experience of three years working with government Amazon Web Services (AWS) SC2S and C2S enclaves
- Current SAFe for Architects (ARCH) certification required
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable microservices
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams
- Demonstrated experience ensuring security measures are in place within the microservices' design
- Demonstrated experience conducting meetings and presentations with Government stakeholders and leadership
- Experience with programming (C#, Java, and Python)
- Experience with containerization for managing the deployment of microservices (Kubernetes and Docker)
- Experience with Cloud development (AWS)
- Robust understanding of microservices development and best practices
