We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with expertise in Azure and/or AWS to support the DHS ICE OSDSS program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure design, AI integration, and SecDevOps environments, acting as a trusted advisor to both development teams and the client.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect/Solutions Architect in AWS, Azure, or both.
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting AI/ML solutions in the cloud.
- Strong background in SecDevOps and/or CI/CD integration within cloud environments.
- Expertise in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS/Azure to support development teams.
- Architect and optimize overall cloud environments, ensuring compliance, performance, and long-term sustainability.
- Provide expert-level guidance for the integration and deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Lead efforts to integrate and migrate new tools, platforms, and services into existing SecDevOps pipelines.
- Optimize cloud spend, including VM burn time, right-sizing resources, and eliminating unused VMs.
- Deliver third-tier support for outages and complex system issues.
- Act as a strategic advisor to both the client and development teams regarding cloud services, integration timelines, and product roadmaps.
