About The Position

As a cloud security architect, you know how to assess and implement requirements that ensure the safety of information systems and protect them against intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. As a cloud security engineer on our team, you'll implement security controls and frameworks within cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security policies. You’ll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources to address the risk management framework (RMF). Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with the customer to ensure standards are met with information assurance and security requirements.

Requirements

Experience implementing cloud security frameworks
Experience configuring identity and access management (IAM) solutions
Experience conducting vulnerability assessments in cloud environments
Experience with SIEM tools, zero-trust architecture, and cloud security monitoring solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity or Information Assurance field, or 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

Experience working in DoW or IC environments preferred
Experience with the RMF or ATO process
CISSP, AWS Certified Security‚ AI Specialty, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification

Responsibilities
