About The Position

Assists in the implementation and monitoring of security controls within the customer's cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Works under the supervision of senior engineers to configure cloud-native security tools, respond to security alerts, and help enforce security policies. Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
• At least three (3) years of experience in IT, with an emphasis on cloud services or system administration.
• At least one (1) year of hands-on experience with core cloud services in AWS or Azure.
• Basic knowledge of cloud security principles.
• A relevant certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is required.
