About The Position
We are seeking a senior technical leader to drive the architecture, engineering, and evolution of our enterprise Workforce Identity Platform built on Okta. This role serves as the technical authority for identity architecture, platform engineering, automation, and solution design. The individual will lead complex identity initiatives, design scalable authentication and access patterns, mentor engineers, and partner with business and technology teams to deliver secure, resilient, and frictionless identity experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Okta expertise with strong architecture skills and the ability to lead technical delivery across multiple strategic programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IAM experience.
- 5+ years of advanced Okta platform experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale IAM programs.
- Experience as both architect and hands-on engineer.
