About The Position

The Cloud Program Manager (CPM) role is based in Brazil and requires 40 hours per week allocation. The assignment is for 6+ months with a chance for extension. The role is remote within Brazil, with Sao Paulo being the preferred location. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required. The CPM will be responsible for implementing robust governance for complex, interconnected projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines, and mitigating risks on both waterfall and agile projects. This role also involves expertly managing and communicating with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. The CPM needs to connect program outcomes to tangible business value (e.g., ROI, TCO) and think beyond project schedules to drive strategic customer goals. A solid technical background in cloud technology (infra, data, dev) is necessary to facilitate technical discussions, understand dependencies, and earn the trust of engineering teams.
