Location This is a hybrid role based in Englewood cliffs, NJ Your role Cloud Operations (CloudOps) refers to the day-to-day management, optimization, and support of cloud environments (public, private, hybrid, or multi-cloud). Ensure availability, performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud platforms while supporting business and application needs. Set up real time monitoring and alerts for: CPU, memory, disk, network Application health and latency Support continuous delivery and automation Rapidly detect and resolve incidents

Requirements

• Senior candidate with 10 plus years relevant experience
• Extensive experience in Terraform coding
• Multi cloud experience needed
• typical tools AWS, Azure, GCP
• Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation
• Tools: Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow, PagerDuty

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable cloud services
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability
• Maintain security, compliance, and governance
• Provision and manage cloud resources: Compute (VMs, containers, serverless)Storage (block, object, backups) Networking (VPC/VNet, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
• Manage environments: Dev, Test, UAT, Prod
• Ensure high availability and fault tolerance
• Triage, root cause analysis (RCA)
• SLA/SLO adherence
• Automate remediation where possible
