Schedule and Work Details Location: Government site in the Fort Meade area Schedule: Full-time, standard day schedule Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required) You will spend your time designing and building modern microservices that replace aging systems with resilient cloud-based capabilities. Much of your work will involve developing Java Spring Boot services, exposing REST APIs, and ensuring those services handle complex data processing needs efficiently. You will also use Python to optimize AWS services, automate workflows, and support scalable infrastructure. Collaboration is a core part of this role, working closely with engineers, architects, and mission stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver production-ready software. On any given day, you may be implementing new features, improving performance, refining deployment pipelines, or integrating services across the cloud environment. Your work will follow Agile practices and rely on strong CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, reliable delivery.
