Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college, OR equivalent experience
- At least 9 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph issued within the last 5 years
- Java Spring Boot and/or Python development
- JSON Schema design and implementation
- Microservices architecture development
- CI/CD tools and practices including AWS tooling, Maven, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or Ansible
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB, including query development and schema design
- OAuth or OIDC implementation
- Automated testing frameworks such as Cypress or Cucumber
Nice To Haves
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native platforms
- Familiarity with container orchestration and DevOps practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Developing Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS native services
- Building RESTful APIs capable of handling complex data selection and filtering
- Using Python to automate and optimize AWS resources such as Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, and S3
- Supporting a distributed microservices architecture
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps practices
- Participating in Agile development cycles and iterative releases
- Collaborating closely with teammates to refine requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensing applications meet performance, reliability, and security expectations
