About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting the program's mission workloads. You'll build infrastructure-as-code, deploy and maintain containerized environments, and configure networking and security controls, working alongside senior engineers as you grow into greater design ownership.

Requirements

3+ years of experience deploying, managing, or securing applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or similar) — including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting for automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degree
DoD 8140 compliance (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CASP, or equivalent)
Active TS clearance required; SCI preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack)
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with multiple cloud environments, including Oracle or Azure alongside AWS
Experience integrating AI/ML services into cloud environments
Familiarity with National Security systems and air-gapped environments

Responsibilities

Cloud infrastructure deployment and maintenance across supported environments, including compute, storage, and networking
Infrastructure-as-code development (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible) for consistent, repeatable deployments
Identity, access, and network security configuration across cloud environments
CI/CD pipeline support and containerized workload deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response for supported infrastructure
Security control implementation and STIG compliance checks for owned systems
