About The Position

Leads Avients Digital Infrastructure organization and is responsible for the strategy, operation, support, and lifecycle management of core infrastructure platforms globally.

Requirements

• AWS Database Service
• AWS Infra Services
• AWS Lambda
• AWS S3
• AWS VPC

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure operations, engineering, and support teams.
• Own enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Exchange Online.
• Oversee server, cloud, endpoint management, identity, messaging, and infrastructure services.
• Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate infrastructure support provided by LTM and other service providers.
• Ensure operational stability, security, resilience, and compliance of infrastructure services.
• Provide technical leadership and escalation.
