About The Position

This role focuses on Cloud Governance and Process Management, acting as a Project Manager/Business Analyst. The position involves designing solutions for business and risk challenges using technology, including AI. Collaboration with business partners to define problem spaces, partnering with technology teams on design, and implementing solutions are key. The role requires enabling the Bank's Cloud Strategy while ensuring compliance with policies, controls, and regulations, and driving industry best practices for financial services cloud computing. Success requires strong attention to detail in a highly regulated and audited process, the ability to consolidate complex information into executive and audit-ready presentations, and executive presence to communicate clearly and influence decisions.

Requirements

Cloud Governance & Risk Management
Cloud governance + technology risk + regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with cloud controls, security review processes, Permit to Send, NIST, and internal cloud standards
Ability to evaluate risk, exceptions, and conditions
Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services preferred)
Executive‑Level Communication & Documentation
Ability to consolidate complex information into clear, concise executive summaries
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint skills
Ability to present to executives, auditors, and technical teams
Confidence and presence to influence decisions
Stakeholder & Governance Leadership
Experience running governance routines (office hours, steering committees, monthly forums)
Ability to partner with Global Technology, Compliance, Audit
Skill in managing end‑to‑end processes with precision and attention to detail
Ability to maintain official records, ensure audit readiness, and manage cloud sponsorship lifecycle
Strong attention to detail to meet the requirements of a highly regulated and often audited process in a unique risk environment
Strong ability to consolidate information into executive ready and audit ready presentations
Executive presence and ability to present and communicate information clearly to executive audiences, technical audiences, and auditors
Influential leader with the ability to persuade others
Understanding of Cloud architectures and models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point

Responsibilities

Design solutions for business and risk challenges, utilizing new and existing technology, including the application of artificial intelligence.
Collaborate directly with business partners to understand and help define the scope of a problem space.
Partner with technology teams on a design, and then ultimately implement an effective solution.
Actively partner with Stakeholders in Global Technology, Compliance, and Audit.
Assist in design / review / decision processes for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests / Approvals along with applicable exceptions / conditions.
Facilitate Office Hours as well as Weekly / Monthly GCGF Governance Meetings and produce corresponding Agendas, Reports, and Minutes.
Maintain official records and documents, validating preparedness for audits and examinations.
Provide End User Support and Relationship Management for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests / Approvals.
Enable the Bank's Cloud Strategy while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulations, driving industry best practices for financial services cloud computing.
Run governance routines (office hours, steering committees, monthly forums).
