About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Cloud Full-Stack Engineer – Media & Entertainment position for our client. This is a remote, 15-month contract role. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack cloud applications, building scalable solutions using Java, Python, Node.js, and related technologies. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD solutions, supporting video transcoding workflows and media processing platforms, and integrating applications with live capture and broadcast systems. The role also involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing cloud-based media applications.

Requirements

Full-Stack Software Development: Java, Python, Node.js
AWS or comparable cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
Cloud Architecture and DevOps
CI/CD and cloud-native application development
Video transcoding workflows
Live capture and broadcast systems
Media & Entertainment technology
Strong experience developing full-stack applications in cloud environments.
Deep expertise with AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with video transcoding and media workflows.
Experience with live capture, broadcast, or related media systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
