About The Position
Working as a Cloud FinOps Engineer at Verisk means being part of and contributing to a large, dynamic, and innovative community. In this role you will be learning from experienced team members and developing your cloud infrastructure and FinOps expertise. You will support our customers through cost optimization initiatives while building your technical knowledge under the guidance of senior engineers. Responsibilities
- Support the identification of cost optimization opportunities in the cloud under senior guidance.
- Assist in cloud cost management and optimization initiatives.
- Learn and support existing FinOps practices for AWS and Azure.
- Participate in development of FinOps practices and contribute to team initiatives.
- Support ongoing development of a self-service environment for cloud cost transparency.
