About The Position

We are building the next generation of cloud-native infrastructure to build a system that will have a positive impact on the intelligence community (IC). We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for automation, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes, and you're excited to use the latest open-source tools, this is the role for you. As an experienced Infrastructure Cloud engineer on our team, you will use your development experience to build, deploy, and manage a cloud agnostic platform for a multi-tenant environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless operation and deployment of cloud-native applications. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure engineering
  • Experience in Kubernetes architecture, deployment, management, container orchestration, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux server systems in the Cloud
  • Experience with automation tools
  • Knowledge of AWS services and how to integrate them with Kubernetes
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm for Kubernetes, or Terragrunt
  • Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
  • Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Prometheus
  • Experience with Pulumi or Crossplane
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
