About The Position

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with 5+ years of experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms to join our Global Information Technology team. Collaborating across time zones with our Digital team and others, you’ll design, implement and maintain scalable, secure and highly available cloud infrastructure. You’ll join a passionate and forward-thinking team using the latest tools and technologies to support cloud migration, optimize performance and ensure best practices across multi-cloud environments.

Requirements

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
5 + years of experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Proven hands-on experience with cloud networking concepts (VPC, VNets, subnets, routing tables, DNS).
Experience configuring and managing firewalls and security controls (Palo Alto, AWS Security Groups, NACLs, Azure NSGs, Azure Firewall, etc.).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
Experience in designing secure network connectivity (VPNs, private endpoints, hybrid networking).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, etc.) is preferred.
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Agile practices is preferred.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect certifications.
Experience with advanced networking and security architectures (zero trust, segmentation, private networking).
Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Designing, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments.
Architecting and implementing secure network solutions, including VPCs/VNets, subnets, routing and connectivity.
Configuration and management of Palo Alto Firewalls, network security groups and security controls.
Maintaining and extending existing Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK, TypeScript), proposing improvements through standard review processes.
Monitoring system performance, availability, and security using cloud-native and third-party tools.
Support cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud architecture.
Designing and maintaining secure connectivity (VPN, site-to-site, client VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute).
Maintaining infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions runners, cloud environments, deployment targets).
Supporting vulnerability response processes and remediation timelines.
Troubleshooting and resolving cloud, network, and firewall-related issues.
Support deployment infrastructure for web applications and on-premises software distribution.
