About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Ft. Meade, MD, and requires an active Secret clearance. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure environments. This includes deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using automation and orchestration tools.

Requirements

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise cloud solutions in AWS and/or Azure environments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation
• Experience implementing automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Azure Functions, or similar technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps methodologies
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM/ICAM) technologies including Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security principles
• Familiarity with Federal Government cybersecurity and compliance frameworks including NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA
• Experience supporting production enterprise environments in an operations and maintenance capacity
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed technical teams
