Collaboration with internal application teams, security, networking, business, and external partners is essential for designing optimal integration architectures. The position requires supporting production data transmission environments, including participation in an on-call support rotation. Adherence to established DTS policies, standards, and operating procedures, and contribution to documentation and runbooks are expected. The role also involves influencing architectural discussions, technical documentation, and coding standards, ensuring solutions meet Vanguard security, risk, and compliance requirements, and participating in modernization initiatives and proof-of-concepts aligned to Vanguard’s Technology strategy. Special projects and other duties may be assigned. The engineer will also provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to other engineers.
