Design, build, and support cloud-based observability platforms, including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing systems. Develop and enhance cloud-native applications using AWS services, including serverless technologies such as Lambda. Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes-based orchestration. Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages. Partner with engineering teams to onboard applications and promote observability best practices. Manage and optimize SaaS and internally hosted platforms, including vendor coordination and performance tuning. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud platforms. Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to ensure consistent, scalable deployments and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development velocity while maintaining quality standards. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve platform performance and efficiency. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on cloud architecture, containerization, and automation. Provides advanced level technical support and ensures reliable operation of cloud production. Troubleshoots software systems on multiple cloud computing platforms and system integration into existing cloud computing platforms.
