About The Position

Valtech is seeking a passionate Cloud Engineer - DevSecOps who is eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible in experience innovation. This role requires 5 years of experience, a growth mindset, and a drive to make a lasting impact. The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver, a collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing, and is excited by the intersection of technology, creativity, and data. Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus. The role is based in Canada and is a Full-Time position.

Requirements

Kubernetes expertise (EKS)
AWS
GitLab CI/CD
Terraform
Service Mesh
GitOps (FluxCD)
Cloud-native security (IAM, secrets management, network policies)
Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and observability platforms
AI-Native experience and maturity in AI development
