The engineer will create high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant computing systems, research solutions to technical DevOps challenges, and automate infrastructure creation on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Responsibilities include designing and implementing security governance, automating pipelines and environments, building resilient systems, creating repeatable processes, and updating monitoring systems. The role also focuses on improving automation in integration, deployment, monitoring, and configuration management. The engineer will design and deploy assets and code in an Agile (Scrum) environment to support deployment, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of components and services for next-generation platforms. This includes participating in the design and development process from definition to deployment, leading daily operational support, verifying and monitoring on-premises and cloud environments, responding to issues, and recommending design trade-offs and troubleshooting assistance. A key aspect is designing and implementing fault-tolerant architecture for all applications.
