About The Position
Cloud Developer, Mid The Opportunity: Doing DevSecOps well means development and automation. Making tasks repeatable and efficient across multiple environments requires Infrastructure as Code ( IAC ) , scripting, and sometimes writing applications. Our cloud service broker team is looking for a developer with a good understanding of Amazon Web Services ( AWS ) cloud infrastructure, containerization, and networking to make new cloud capabilities available in secure environments. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment using Linux and Micro sof t platforms
- 3+ years of experience with DevOps and cloud engineering using Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) in AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform or CloudFormation, including hands-on development in GCP
- 3+ years of experience with operational support activities such as system monitoring, incident response, logging or metrics configuration, and troubleshooting cloud workloads
- 2+ years of experience using Golang, Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
- Experience developing CI / CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy applications and infrastructure
- Experience with networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, switching, and load-balancing
- Experience with containerization or orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker and Helm charts
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with sof tware engineering, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with sof tware engineering
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
Nice To Haves
- Experience with disa ster recovery services and concepts
- Experience with GitLab, including automating DevSecOps pipeline processes in GitLab
- Experience with migration of applications to the cloud
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and deliver to project deadlines
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
