Requirements

8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations.
3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams.
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools.
Experience with enterprise operational tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker).

Nice To Haves

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices and building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Supporting enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements.
Managing engineering or operations teams.
Utilizing Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage).
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools.
Experience with enterprise operational tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker).
Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
